Basic steps to list your home:
1.)Contact me
Give me a call or fill out the form below. Most importantly I'll need
the address of the home you wish to sell.
2.) Set up an appointment for a walk through.
I will come to your house prepared with a analysis of your homes
value which includes other homes that have sold in your
neighborhood. Together we will look at your home and our
analysis to come up with the right price and marketing strategy.
3.)Paperwork
There is a bit of paperwork to fill out when you list your home.
Mainly there is a listing contract which is an agreement between
the homeowner and Realtor, and disclosures, which the
homeowner fills out for the buyer.
4.) Go Live!
Once the paperwork is filled out we are ready to advertise. We
will choose a mutually agreed upon date depending on cleanup
or repairs needed when you will be ready to have home buyers
look at your house. I will begin marketing you house in the
newspaper, RMLS and other sources. Of course there is a lot
more to these steps, but I can have your home on the market
within a few hours of you reading this.
