About the property search:
When you sign up you will receive listing in two
ways:
1.) The automated system will email you listings of
properties based on your criteria as soon as the
homes come on the market, and will include the
address of the property, photos, and other
pertinent information about it. The system is
entirely email based and you will be able to make
changes and adjust your criteria as you go. The
system draws directly from the RMLS database
every 15 minutes.
2.) I will also be conducting a manual search and
making sure you are getting only the right listings
emailed to you. I will also keep looking for homes
not on the RMLS.
Privacy:
1. I do not sell or give away any of your contact
information. I am the only one with access to your
email address. If the service is not for you simply
unsubscribe and I will delete your contact info.
Showings:
I am always available for showings. The most
successful home buyers see a lot of properties.

to be viewed. Just give us a call when you see
one you like.
