This may be the best year to go for it!

We are now in a good real estate climate for "move up
buyers" that have outgrown their current home and want to
change from a less expensive home to a more expensive
one. Here are a few reasons why.

1.   The difference in price between a
smaller home and larger one is less in a
slow market.
  Middle to high end homes have lost more value following
the recent downturn. On the other hand, the first time home
buyer market has rebounded bringing prices up and making
them easier to sell. This has created a temporary window of
opportunity for move up buyers. Sell high, buy low!

2.   New tax credits for Move up buyers
  If you have owned your home for more than 5 years you
could qualify for the a $6,500 tax credit. This is almost
enough to pay your closing costs!

3. Interest rates are low again....!?
  Interest rates are back down to record low's. If you already
own a house you know how important it is to get a good
initial rate and not have to refinance later. Over the life of a
loan you will save thousands of dollars with a good rate.
